Return and Refund Policy

At A2Bcart, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Timeframe

You have 7 Days from the date you receive your item to request a return. After this period, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons:

  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products).

  • Perishable goods.

  • Customized or personalized items.

  • Items purchased on "Final Sale."

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at support@a2bcart.com. Please include your order number and photos of the item's condition. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by providing a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost to you.

5. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Alternatively, contact us to see if a direct exchange is possible for your specific order.

6. Refund Process and Timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

  • Please remember it can take 5-7 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • For Defective Items: A2Bcart will cover the return shipping costs.

  • For Change of Mind: Customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
