Thank you for shopping at A2Bcart. We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time. Please find our shipping guidelines below:
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer the following options:

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to seasonal peaks or unforeseen logistical issues.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your package directly through our website or the courier partner’s portal.
4. International Shipping
Currently, A2Bcart primarily ships within India.
Currently we don't offer international shipping. Please note that in future when we will offer international shipping customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations and will be the responsibility of the customer.
5. Delivery Issues & Damaged Goods
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately at support@a2bcart.com. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim, and include photos of the damage so we can resolve the issue quickly for you.
6. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
A2Bcart is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.
