  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering through our authorized payment gateways. We accept Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, Cash On Delivery.

3. Product Descriptions

  • We attempt to be as accurate as possible with product descriptions and images. However, A2Bcart does not warrant that product descriptions or other content are 100% accurate, complete, or error-free.

  • Colors may vary slightly depending on your monitor settings.

4. Order Acceptance

  • Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in pricing, or suspicion of fraudulent transactions. If your payment has already been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship to various locations across India. Estimated delivery times are usually 5-7 Business Days.

  • While we strive to meet delivery timelines, A2Bcart is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners or "Force Majeure" events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes).

6. Returns and Refunds

  • Items can be returned within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in original packaging and unused condition.

  • Refunds will be processed within 1-3 Business Days after the returned product passes our quality check.

7. Prohibited Uses

You are prohibited from using the site or its content:

  • For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, A2Bcart shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use our services or products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product in question.

9. Governing Law (Indian Jurisdiction)

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Amritsar, Punjab, India.
